Oxygen Yoga offers “Learn to Meditate” courses at our local venues and online too!
Meditation is presented in a way that is easy to understand and able to be put into practice in your daily life. Each class consists of learning simple meditation techniques as well as practising a guided meditation together.
Research has stated that the benefits of meditation are found to increase with regular practice. The more you practice relaxation methods such as meditation or deep breathing; the greater the chances of remaining free of arthritis and joint pain, building a stronger immunity, balancing hormone levels and lowering blood pressure.
