Online sessions are released every Saturday 10.30am. You can book/pay for your session anytime before then.


Online sessions are great value and a wonderful way to stay consistent with your practice when you cannot attend in studio classes. It is also a great way to introduce yoga to other members of your household! Practice together in the comfort of your own space. 

Corporate Classes

Yoga classes that are held at the workplace with a group of colleagues. Class times are either during your lunch break or 1 hour before/after work eliminating travel time to class. Get discounted rates for large groups. Learn to relieve stress and tension in the convenience of your own office.

Pre-Natal Classes

Why not get some other pregnant friends together and book your own private yoga session for a reduced rate. Oxygen Yoga offers Private Pre-Natal Classes.


We tailor the whole session with specific postures and poses designed for different stages of pregnancy. Learn preparation techniques for labour, breathing and meditation. All equipment will be provided in class.

Private Classes

Oxygen Yoga provide 1-on-1 or small group private classes tailored to your needs. For the students wanting to take their yoga practice further with individual guidance, those with a specific injury that need rehabilitation or the group of friends that want to start and build new skills together weekly. Choose the style and the intention of the practice at a time that suits you.

Oxygen Yoga offers Yoga classes for children which are held in school or local studios. Our class lessons are programmed to support the PDHPE syllabus such as Active Lifestyle, Growth and Development and Personal Health Choice. Tailored to each grades skill level, children learn the basics of simple meditation and breathing techniques.
